We had a great week of practices last week working on defense against traditional formations from opposing teams. The team is really coming together based on their hard work. We are excited to see how we do in our first game. This is where we have fun after all the work.

The coaches are most proud of the progress the team has made on 6 on 5. We were able to put in three specialty plays that will help create opportunities for us on offense. However, we hope the team will take a chance to view this video below that shows how to attack the 6 on 5 defense to set-up the plays. Remember the following quick rules:
  1. On the ejection look the Quick
  2. Start wide and then attack
  3. Move the ball and the defense with your triangle passing
  4. Look the post off the pass not the pumpfake
